TYMUS Global Trade Show Matrix Shines Mixbond® Technology to Revolutionize Nonwovens

2025-04-25

TYMUS has continued to deepen its globalization layout in recent years, consolidating its influence in the industry through high-frequency and precise exhibition strategies. After harvesting regional customer clusters at Nanjing International Household Paper Exhibition in May 2024, TYMUS will obviously accelerate the pace of international expansion in 2025: it landed at Sao Paulo Cleantech Show in Brazil in February, focusing on breaking through the emerging market in South America; it turned to Asia-Pacific Sanitary Ware Expo in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in March, to buttress the fast-growing demand in Southeast Asia; and after returning to Wuhan as its main exhibition venue in April, the enterprise plans to make appearances at international exhibitions in Europe ( After returning to the main exhibition in Wuhan in April, the enterprise plans to appear in the second half of the year in Europe (Germany IDS), North America (U.S. WOW) and other international exhibitions, forming an exhibition network covering the major global markets.

During the Brazilian exhibition, TYMUS focused on promoting Mixbond® antibacterial basecloths with bamboo fibers in response to the hot and humid climate of the region. Its unique zero-added chemical antibacterial agent technology attracted a number of South American medical consumables companies to take samples for testing on site. Feedback from a hospital supplier in Sao Paulo: “This natural anti-bacterial solution is in line with the positioning of our new environmental medical product line”. According to the statistics after the meeting, the potential orders from the local market were 25% higher than expected.

The Vietnam show highlighted the advantages of supply chain localization. By showcasing the supporting raw material reserve warehouse and slitting center around Ho Chi Minh City, TYMUS verified the 15-day fast delivery capability to Southeast Asian customers. During the show, TYMUS reached joint development agreements with three Vietnamese headline mom and baby brands, with plans to customize 0.3mm super-soft top layer base fabrics for the characteristics of baby's skin in the tropics. After the show, several manufacturers invited us to visit their factories.

Wuhan, the 32nd Household Paper International Technology Exhibition. As a global trend-setter for the tissue industry, the exhibition attracted more than 600 exhibitors from 35 countries and regions, and TYMUS attracted attention with its newly developed Mixbond® lignin-based nonwoven products.

At the booth, TYMUS highlights its vertical integration capability of “raw material research and development - base cloth production - finished product manufacturing”. According to the on-site technicians, the company's 100,000 square meters of aseptic plant equipped with its own production line has realized the closed-loop production of the whole process from wood pulp raw materials to the final wipes products. The Mixbond® technology on special display adopts natural fluff pulp and meltblown microfiber as the core raw materials, and through the multi-fiber composite spunbond process, the base cloth maintains the natural touch while having both high liquid absorption and toughness. On-site measurements show that the longitudinal wet tensile strength of the basecloth is about 40% higher than that of traditional spunlace nonwoven fabrics.

According to incomplete statistics, three days before the launch of the enterprise has reached a cooperation intention with several customers at home and abroad, including three of the world's top 20 personal care brands. Industry observers pointed out that TYMUS cost optimization through technological innovation of raw materials may drive the wet wipes industry to enter a new round of product upgrade cycle!

It is worth noting that the enterprise in the high-frequency exhibition synchronization between the depth of customer visits. April Wuhan exhibition, the technical team immediately after the end of the trip back to visit the core customers, through the production line of field diagnosis to optimize the base cloth gram weight deviation problem. The marketing director disclosed that the second half of the exhibition will focus on visiting personal care laboratories to promote the integrated development of biodegradable packaging and functional base fabrics.

Industry analysts pointed out that TYMUS “exhibitions + visits” combination strategy is forming a synergistic effect: the front-end exhibition to obtain incremental customers, the back-end visits to activate the stock demand.

TYMUS will launch the “Global Talent Ecology Program” to establish strategic cooperation with overseas talents through the three dimensions of accurate matching, in-depth co-creation, and long-term operation, so as to promote both product recognition and market penetration.
