Mixbond® nonwovens originate from natural fluff pulp and is produced with the new generation of multi-fiber spinning & blending technology. The main components of the non-woven fabric are natural fluff pulp and meltblown microfibers, and functional fiber and particle materials can be also added for different applications, so that it has unparalleled excellent performance and product diversity.
By adhering to the concept of sustainability and aslo in line with the trend to advocate the use of environmentally friendly materials, Mixbond® nonwovens mainly use biobased or degradable materials, and they are a green alternative for the widely used spunlace wipe substrate with chemical fibers.
High-loft and Ultra-soft
Mixbond® nonwoven fabric is more than 30% thicker than the spunlace nonwovens with the same basis weight, so it feels more fluffy and soft, and the wet wipes it makes are thicker and have better cleaning capacity.
Outstanding Absorption and Liquid Retention Capabilities
Fluff pulp possesses an extremely strong ability to absorb and retain moisture. Under the same water absorption conditions, Mixbond® nonwoven fabric can maintain moisture for a much longer duration compared to spunlace wipe materials.
Dedicate and Skin Friendly Surface
The size of the ultra-fine melt-blown fiber enriched on the web surface is only 1 to 5 microns, which is only one-eighth of the size of chemical fibers, making the fabrics feel more delicate and skin-friendly.
