Strict selection and control of raw material suppliers

On-line monitoring of the production process

Most of the production staff in our workshop have worked in the textile industry for many years and have rich practical experience. In addition, we are equipped with on-line monitoring devices such as defect detection and metal detection. These help us to avoid producing substandard products.

Final product inspection and testing

Finished products can only be stored if they pass all relevant tests and comply with the prescribed procedures. The test contents mainly include weight, thickness, fiber fineness, surface friction, water absorption, breaking strength and elongation at break, etc. Testing sometimes varies from product to product.
